Problems of combining the regimes of attitudecontrol and correction in the optimal way during the control of motion of a spacecraft are considered. General approaches to the solution of the problem, as well as setting up the specific problem of combined control over rotation of the spacecraft and its trajectory motion are investigated. A specific algorithm of control of the spacecraft reorientation combined with the orbit correction, in application to the orbital stations, is presented. High efficiency of combining the regimes of attitude control and maintenance of the spacecraft orbit altitude is shown. Examples of the mathematical simulation, for two patterns of mounting the engines, are presented, and estimations of the indices of efficiency and the values of correcting velocity that can be obtained by executing the fixed number of turns are given.
