The paper describes a new catalog of speckle interferometric measurements of binary stars compiled by Georgia State University Center for High Angular Resolution Astronomy and presents some statistics of the catalog. The catalog contains a total of 12,043 observations of 3030 systems; the mean and the median separations of the 8975 measurements in the catalog are 0.35 arcsec and 0.24 arcsec, respectively. The capabilities of speckle interferometric techniques were demonstrated by determining new orbital elements of four binary star systems, including ADS 15281, ADS 1105, ADS 9688, and McA 37 or Eta Virginis.
