The construction of a catalog containing data on stars situated in the vicinity of compact extragalactic radio sources is discussed. The observation program, carried out in the Belgrade Astronomical Observatory with a meridian circle having the performance of 19-cm-diam and 257.8-cm focal length, is described. On the basis of the results obtained, it is concluded that, in the near future, all star positions will be given for the equinox 2000.0 and for the corresponding epoch.
