Infrared photometry of 19 Main sequence stars in the open cluster M39 is presented. Infrared-infrared and optical-infrared color-color and color-magnitude diagrams are presented and compared with mean intrinsic color for Population I stars. An interstellar reddening of E(B - V) = 0.01 is obtained by analysis of the color-color diagrams. Comparison with a set of theoretical isochrones leads to an age estimate for the cluster between 240 and 480 million years.
