We report interferometric images of the UYAur binary in 13{CO} {J}=1->0 and {J}=2->1 which reveal evidence for a large (>=20arcsec ) circumbinary disk around the two pre-main-sequence stars. This is the second detection of a circumbinary disk around TTauri stars. A Keplerian rotation curve around a central mass of ~ 1.2{M}sun provides a good fit to the velocity data. However, 13{CO} emission at a systemic velocity close to the binary limits the accuracy of our disk model and a precise assessment of the disk mass. This emission could be related to the ``streamers'' imaged with adaptive optics around UYAur. The continuum emission detected at the location of the binary can be attributed to partially resolved circumstellar disks around each star, with some possible contribution of free-free emission.
