The atmospheric parameters and chemical abundance pattern for F-supergiants distant from the galactic plane, and for F-supergiants, members of the open clusters, are determined by the model atmosphere method using high resolution spectra. The inclusion of F-supergiants from open clusters permitted to estimate the absolute magnitudes of F-supergiants at high galactic latitudes. The analysis confirms the suggestion that the high-latitude F-supergiants are the objects on the post asymptotic giant branch evolution stage.
