A comparison is made between interplanetary scintillation observations
of four regions of the sky at a frequency of 102 MHz. An underabundance
of compact (scintillating) sources was found in the direction of the
radio galaxy DA 240. The linear dimension of the inhomogeneity amounts
to 1000 Mpc.
