The time delay of a signal from the object Cyg X-3 with an energy of 3 x 10 to the 14 eV or greater, recorded on the basis of extensive air showers, is explained in the context of a previously proposed interpretation of the superhigh-energy radiation from this source as free gluons. It is shown that this interpretation is consistent with the available experimental data. The possibility of a large contribution of the interaction energy of relic gluons to the density of the hidden mass in the universe is suggested.
