A new map at 843 MHz indicates that G5.4 - 1.2 is a supernova remnant of the shell variety with diameter 35 arcmin. Nearby lies G5.27 - 0.90, a nonthermal radio source (diameter only about 1 arcmin) with similarities to the Crab Nebula, and perhaps excited by a recently detected short-period radio pulsar. A 'tail' extends from the nebula G5.27 - 0.90 towards the shell of G5.4 - 1.2, raising the possibility that G5.27 0.90 was ejected from the shell remnant.
