Radial velocities of 35 stars with carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen (CNO) anomalies in the OB spectral range have been measured. Using these new data, it has been confirmed that the short-period spectroscopic binary frequency among the OBN stars is substantially larger than among the OBC stars. After allowance for the undiscovered systems, practically all stars with nitrogen anomalies belong to short-period spectroscopic binaries, while the frequency among the OBC stars is statistically similar to the frequency of normal supergiants. Among the stars with moderate nitrogen anomalies, a frequency of short-period binaries which ranges between 50 percent (N-enhanced) and 83 percent (N-deficient) was found.
