Multicolor photographic photometry of a rich Bautz-Morgan type I cluster of galaxies at z = 0.24 is used to study its spatial and color distributions. A foreground cluster is recognized from the distribution of galaxies in a two-color diagram that is calibrated with spectroscopic redshifts in the same field. This foreground cluster is statistically removed from the distant cluster counts. No evidence is found for an excess of blue galaxies as defined by Butcher and Oemler (1978, 1984). The blue fraction parameter equals -0.01 + or - 0.07 after corrections for galaxies in the foreground.
