Using the Poincare's small-parameter method, the existence of periodic solutions in the problem of the translation-rotational motion of a rigid body possessing a dynamic symmetry axis, in the attraction field of a sphere is considered. The motion of the bodies is described by the equations in canonic osculating Delaunay-Andoyer's elements. The analytical conditions for the existence of space periodic motions are obtained and investigated.
