A time-flight telescope, consisting of eight scintillation counters, has been developed for the extraction of high-energy gamma ray data from measurements of secondary electron-positron pairs. The resolution time of a single counter is 0.5 ns for relativistic electrons; the resolution time of a telescope consisting of two counters, 70 cm apart, is 1.4 ns for muons. The resolution time of a telescope consisting of eight detectors (four in each plane) is not greater than 1.7 ns for muons.
