Using the turbulent cascade approach, the theoretical luminosity of a radio-galaxy is deduced and compared with the observed luminosity from a large sample of symmetric double radio-galaxies. By equalizing the two luminosities, the density and energetics function of the intrinsic radio-luminosities are obtained. Consideration is given to the determination of the mass and energy outflow in external regions and in VBLI-jets, and to the product of velocity and density in the pc region of a thick accretion disk.
