For globular clusters with abundances in the range -1.9 ≤ [Fe/H] ≤ -1.4, which brackets those of the classic "second parameter" trio M13-M3-NGC 7006, a correlation appears to exist between the Mironov horizontal branch parameter B/(B+R) and the apparent cluster ellipticities, in the sense that there are no clusters with red horizontal branches and higher than average ellipticities. The correlation is significant at the 4.0% level, and offers support for the hypothesis that angular momentum is a parameter affecting horizontal-branch morphology.
