The characteristics of an H I remnant in Monoceros with unique geometry and kinematics are described. The remnant appears as a ring expanding bisymmetrically whose components move through the interstellar medium like solid bodies, containing more mass and kinetic energy than may be plausibly derived from a single energetic event. One of the ring's two arcs is interacting with a large H I cloud. The total mass in moving atomic gas is 24,000 solar masses, with a kinetic energy of 1.6 x 10 to the 50th ergs. The arcs are about 5 kpc from the sun and overlap to form the ring, which has a projected diameter of about 200 pc. The kinematic temperature in some parts of the moving features is less than 350 K. Problems in accounting for the energy and momentum of the moving gas, the details of its geometry, and the density ratio between it and the cloud into which it is apparently moving are discussed.
