Applications of model atmospheres are considered along with the Jupiter radio bursts, the inverted alt-alt configuration for optical telescopes, the motions of formaldehyde clouds near Sgr A, thioformaldehyde clouds in the direction of Sgr B2, and the positions of associated type II and type III solar radio bursts. Other topics discussed are related to supersonic turbulent stress and the solar neutrino flux, the temperature structure of a stellar atmosphere heated by soft X rays, the dwarf nova EX Hydrae, and a flexible fast-photometry system. Individual items are announced in this issue.
