The features of propagation and radiation of high energy electron beams in plasma are considered. Electrons propagate in a plasma in the form of the nonlinear object, beam-plasma structure. This structure consists of electrons and Langmuir waves and moves at a constant velocity. Moving the structure conserves its energy so the beam-plasma structure can propagate at large distances from injection place. These structures can be the sources of the radioemission at the fundamental (ω=ωpe) and the harmonic (ω=2ωpe) frequencies (plasma emission) and at gyrofrequencies (ω=nωBe) (electron cyclotron maser emission).
