An algorithm is proposed for determining a Keplerian satellite orbit from the values measured for two moments of time, four angular coordinates of two positions, and two angular velocity components. The problem of determining the orbit is reduced to the solution of a system of two transcendental equations. The existence of four solutions of this system of equations is demonstrated. The accuracy of the determination of orbital elements is studied as a function of measurement errors.
