The well-known light decay curve of the supernova in IC 4182 is analyzed
for half-life components. The well-known long-lived component is found
to be 56 days. The short-lived component decays exponentially with a
half-life of 4.8 days. The possibility of associating the two components
with the decay of Ni-56 and Co-56 is discussed.
