We present Hubble Space Telescope WFC3/IR grism observations of a clumpy
star-forming galaxy at z = 1.35 with 1E6 - 1E7 Msun rapidly
growing black holes in three separate sub-components of the host galaxy.
We discuss the properties of this Triple AGN system and its implications
for black hole growth and black hole seed formation at late times.
