We present new photometric and imaging observations of P Cygni at infrared wavelengths. The photometry shows little or no variability over the last 30 years at near IR wavelengths, but there may be some significant variability at thermal-IR wavelengths - probably due to density variations in the stellar wind, and not necessarily indicative of long-term variability. Near-IR imaging in hydrogen emission lines reveals some extended structure out to a few arcseconds from the star, possibly elongated along a position angle of ~115 degrees.
