As a result of typesetting and proofreading oversights, the title of
this paper was presented erroneously. In addition, the bolometric
luminosity Lbol and bump luminosity Lbbb were
mislabeled or switched in Table 1 and several other locations. A
corrected version of the paper follows on pages 3286-3295.
