Photometric observations of the Herbig Ae star HD104237 confirm that it is a δ Scuti star. We find two periods, the highest amplitude one having a value of 43min. This is only the fourth known pre-main-sequence δ Scuti star, and the only one with such short periods. These imply high-overtone modes which have not yet been investigated theoretically. Two of our comparison stars, HD104036 and 105234, are newly discovered δ Scuti stars.
