Preliminary work is presented on whether quarks can be confined in hadrons, e.g. in nucleons, as a consequence of the fact that hadrons might be considered as strong black holes, i.e., as black holes due not to a gravitational field interacting with gravitational charges (masses), but to the strong field interacting with the strong charges carried by quarks.
