It has been shown that the global sporadic radio-emission of circumterrestrial environment at superhigh frequencies discovered earlier by the authors correlates with polar aurora due to common dependence of both phenomena on solar activity. Comparison of background's sporadic microwave radiation bursts with solar activity has been performed. It has been established that the activity of sporadic microwave background radiation considerably increases when large area spots lasting during two and more revolutions, travel along the disk of the sun, long-lasting chromospheric flares being observed during this period.
