The dynamics of a rotating gaseous viscous gravitating medium are discussed relative to two-dimensional low-amplitude perturbations shorter than the system's thickness. In the local rotating reference frame, an exact solution is obtained in the form of the product between the fractional-rational and transcendental time functions. The results are applied to real objects, showing that the turbulent velocity of gaseous clouds in the solar neighborhood is about 6 km/s.
