The paper examines quantum restrictions on the sensitivity of gravitational wave measurements. It is shown that measurements free of quantum restrictions can be realized on the basis of the observation of operators which are quantum integrals of motion of the system under consideration. Consideration is also given to the physical causes responsible for the existence of a quantum limit of sensitivity for an arbitrary choice of the observable; these causes are reflected in the degree of indeterminacy of the initial state of the system.
