Neutron-emission asymmetry induced by the external magnetic field is
analyzed, with allowance for the effect of the dense nucleonic medium.
The analysis results are used to investigate the self-acceleration of a
neutron star due to recoil from neutrino radiation emitted during the
cooling of the star.
