Spin-torsion forces and the strong gravity interaction are investigated with respect to the magnetic field surrounding a neutron star being the result, rather than the cause, of the alignment of all the intrinsic magnetic dipoles of the neutrons in the star. Attention is given to the density of the star and the tensor-meson dominance hypothesis (Isham, et al. 1971), while Newtonian gravity is considered negligible compared with strong gravity, due to the hadronic gravitational interactions taking place with the exchange of the f-mesons. It is concluded that if a strong gravity dominance inside neutron stars is supposed, then a full polarization of the neutron spins results.
