Further observations of the line profiles of H-beta and forbidden O III 5007 A obtained with a single etalon, pressure-scanned Fabry-Perot monochromator have been made and the very accurate temperatures derived in this way are compared with those obtained from the latest forbidden O III intensity ratio measurements. Agreement between the two methods is shown to exist to within an accuracy limited only by the physical conditions in the nebula rather than the experimental errors.
