The analysis deals with a redundant gyroscopic system consisting of two-
and three-degrees-of-freedom control-moment gyroscopes with constant
vectors of their kinetic eigenmoments. The control moment vector of the
system is computed, along with the control response vector. The
properties of single-rotor rate and free gyroscopes are discussed.
