On April 26 and May 6, 1976, radio telescopes in the European USSR, the United States, and Australia were linked together in order to observe H2O maser sources with an angular resolution of 0.1 milliarcsec. Results of these observations are presented for the radio sources W49 N and W51. It is found that W51 is a compact source with all of its components contained within approximately 30 milliarcsec. W49 N is shown to be a more complex source with many different components distributed in a region about 5 arcsec in extent.
