The motion of a body in the field of an attractive force and a repulsive force due to a gravitating and radiating point (a sphere) is considered. The general form of the differential equations of the translational-rotational motion of the body are obtained in the framework of the restricted two-body problem. The equations can be applied in photogravitational celestial mechanics, stellar dynamics, and comet dynamics.
