The RC-catalog of 840 radio sources with improved positions and flux densities at a wavelength of 7.6-cm is presented. The minimum flux density is 4 mJy. The log N-log S curve was refined in the 7.5-30 mJy flux density range. It is shown that the observations do not agree with the model of the universe without inverse evolution of radio sources. A catalog of 350 sources in the central declination zone (+ or - 5 arcmin) is given. The spectra of 280 sources of the RC-catalog were studied. Radio emission was found for four of 18 galaxies brighter than 14.5m.
