Interstellar Matter: Aluminum, Nucleosynthesis: Supernovae

Scientific paper

Nucleosynthesis of 26Al in explosive nuclear burning of supernovae is discussed. The favourable factors and some difficulties of models of SNII+SNIb responsible to the origin of the interstellar 26Al are also reviewed. A new way to the synthesis of the interstellar 26Al and a proposal concerning the origin of the fraction of the interstellar 26Al in SNIa are suggested in this paper.
