Observations of the average characteristics of 18 pulsars have been made at frequencies near 400 MHz, using a polarimeter which records all four Stokes parameters simultaneously. Thirteen pulsars show significant linear polarization in their integrated profiles; eleven show significant circular polarization, including two for which the sense of the circular component reverses near the center of the pulse.
