Scientific paper

In the present paper, Poincare's small parameter method is used to
analyze the existence of periodic rotational motions of an axisymmetric
satellite moving along an elliptic orbit. The conditions for the
existence of periodic solutions are derived in analytical form, and are
studied qualitatively and quantitatively.
