This paper analyzes the radio properties of a complete sample of 101 low-luminosity radio galaxies, for which high resolution maps are available from VLA observations. The majority of these sources are doubles, but other morphological types such as 'core' sources, 'naked jets', and wide or narrow angle tails are also present. Radio cores are detected for 80 percent of the objects in the sample. The core luminosity is clearly correlated with both total radio power and with the absolute magnitude of the galaxy. Radio jets are also very common (about 60 percent of the sources). Several trends and correlations are found between the various jet parameters. The extended emission (in the lobes) has a wide range of linear sizes; both the maximum linear size of the source and the lobe size increase with radio power.
