A daily radio patrol was maintained at Manila Observatory. The cm sun
was monitored at discrete frequencies: 8800, 4995, 2695, 1415 and 606
MHz, while the dekameter sun was monitored by a sweep frequency
interferometer in the band 24-48 MHz. Microwave bursts accompanying six
proton events are shown.
