Recent studies of the metal content of Galaxy disk stars are reviewed which indicate that some Galactic globular clusters may have been stolen from other galaxies in collisions with the Milky Way. The possibility is considered that the sample of disk stars studied is too small to say anything definitive about a Galactic merger. Attempts to incorporate this scenario into existing models of Galactic evolution are examined.
