Results are reported for a search for optical candidates on glass copies of Palomar Sky Survey plates for 1048 radio source positions measured with the Texas Interferometer. This search has yielded 242 position-coincidence identifications and 806 blank fields. Finding charts are provided for 124 of 125 previously unreported identifications as well as for 73 blank fields containing optical objects that may be real identifications near radio source positions. Procedures and errors in the measurement of the optical candidate positions are described, along with the position-coincidence criteria for identifications and blank fields.
