The results are given of synchronous UBV observations of UV Cet flares with three telescopes simultaneously made in August 1978 in the Maydanak expedition of Tashkent Astronomical Institute. The observations were synchronized with accuracy 0.001 sec. The radiation of the star was observed every 2 sec. During 28 h of effective observation time, 16 flares were observed, seven of them in all three regions. The light curves of the observed flares are given and also the basic parameters of these flares: the flare rise time, the total duration, the Delta U, Delta B, and Delta V amplitudes, and the color indices U-B and B-V of the 'flare' radiation.
