Very high-resolution observations of the nearby quasar 0241+622 have been made. The measured angular size of 0.00055 + or - 0.00010 arcsec corresponds to a linear size of 0.63 + or - 0.11 parsecs and appears to be dominated by the effect of interstellar scattering, so the true size may be much smaller. No evidence is found for high-frequency flux-density variations of the source over a six-month interval. In comparison with other compact radio sources, 0241+622 is one of the strongest emitters per unit volume.
