The International Research of the Interior of the Sun (IRIS) data devoted to the study of the solar velocity oscillations have been previously used to study the atmospheric extinction coefficient behavior at Oukaïmeden and at the other IRIS sites [Exp. Astron. 13 (2002) 159]. In this work, we use the same data to study the evolution of the fraction of clear time (Cw) at Oukaïmeden. Through this study, we can conclude that this fraction is around 70% in the morning and 54%in the afternoon. Added to all studies made before, these values show that the number of photometric days at Oukaïmeden is very important. We notice that this work constitutes a continuation of the Oukaïmeden site survey.
