Infrared photometry and spectroscopy of PC0025 are used to show that this star is a cool K dwarf with T(eff) of about 2000 K. The H2O absorption bands at 1.4 and 1.9 micron are exceptionally prominent and stronger than previously measured in any dwarf. It is concluded that the H2O band strength increases dramatically as T(eff) decreases from 3000 to 2000 K.
