We report on detections of two new INTEGRAL sources by the IBIS/ISGRI instrument during a 290 ks observation of the black hole X-ray transient 4U 1630-47 taken during 2003 February 1-5. IGR J15479-4529 is detected at a significance of 17-sigma with coordinates R.A. = 15h47m.9 and Decl. = -45o29' (J2000, 2' uncertainty). Its 20-40 keV flux is 3 x 10^-11 erg/cm^2/s, using the current (OSA-3.0) ISGRI response matrix, and it is detected at a significance of 7-sigma in the 40-60 keV energy band.
