We report on the first astrometric analysis of the thirteen extragalactic radio sources of the complete S5 polar cap sample at 15.4 GHz. We describe new algorithms developed to facilitate the use of differential phase delay in global astrometric observations. From this global fit, we obtain preliminary estimates of source positions with precisions that range from 50 to 100 μas at 15.4 GHz.
