We present observations of HeII_4686 of the recurrent nova T CrB. The spectra were obtained during the period 1997-2002. The HeII4686 emission line is detected on a few occasions. The presence of the line is connected with periods of brightening in U band and higher mass accretion rate. Sometimes, the line seems to be blue shifted relative to the calculated velocity of the hot component.
