A two-layer model is used to analyze the dynamics of a plasma irregularity infinite in the Hall direction. The system of continuity equations for electrons, background-plasma ions, and the irregularity plasma is solved by numerical integration with allowance for diffusion and electric field. It is shown that the irregularity profile changes insignificantly with increases of the electric field.
